"Ah, essa luz azul acaba comigo…"

Mas não vale ser qualquer luz. A ex-aluna da Universidade Central de Lancashire, Kate Evans, de 25 anos, inventou o LightSleeper, uma lâmpada que emite um feixe de luz azul que percorre o teto do quarto, induzindo a pessoa ao sono. A invenção foi feita para resolver o próprio problema de sono de Evans, que dormia cerca de 3 horas por noite durante a época da faculdade. Hoje, sua ideia foi comprada pela Quincom, uma empresa de inovações, que distribui o LightSleeper a cerca de 350 reais por todo o mundo.
