Não me esqueça (mesmo) num canto qualquer!

Quando a rede social de micro-blogging Twitter surgiu, a idéia era questionar os seus membros o que eles estavam fazendo naquele momento. Com apenas 140 caracteres, tinha-se que responder à pergunta: “what are you doing?”. Princípio bem parecido com as mensagens de textos de celulares.

Hoje, não são só os humanos que acessam o site para falar o que estão fazendo, ou até como estão se sentindo.

As plantas invadiram a web.

A Botanicalls Twitter é um kit “do it yourself” (ou faça você mesmo, em tradução livre) para conectar a sua planta à rede social. Dessa maneira, quando a sua plantinha ficar com sede, ela te mandará mensagens pelo Twitter para que você saiba como ela está se sentindo! E, se você regá-la, prepare-se para uma mensagem de agradecimento.

A engenhoca foi desenvolvida utilizando o sistema Botanicalls (ou, em péssima tradução, “botaniligações”), que permite com que as plantas liguem para seus donos para passar informações sobre o que elas precisam. E se se seguir a via contrária, ou seja, o dono ligar para a planta, o sistema passa todas as características de como o vegetal está.

Depois dessa, não tem como você esquecer daquela planta no canto da sala…
