A cerimônia de entrega dos prêmios do Emmy 2013 aconteceu neste domingo (22), em Los Angeles. O ator Neil Patrick Harris, que interpreta Barney Stinson na série “How I Met Your Mother”, foi novamente o apresentador do evento. “Breaking Bad”, série de TV da AMC, ganhou como Melhor Série Dramática. A atriz Anna Gunn (Skyler White) também conquistou um prêmio para a série: ela foi eleita Melhor Atriz Coadjuvante em Série Dramática. Na categoria Melhor Série de Comédia, a vencedora foi “Modern Family” da ABC, que ganhou pela quarta vez consecutiva.
O Emmy Awards deste ano fez história ao premiar David Fincher na categoria Melhor Direção em Série Dramática por “House of Cards”, produzida e exibida pelo Netflix. É a primeira vez que uma série que não é exibida na televisão americana ganha em uma das categorias principais.
